Tianna is passionate about traveling, working out, volunteering, playing basketball, cooking, and baking. Her goal is to visit all seven continents, and she has already made it to five, with Africa being her latest achievement. Currently, Tianna is studying abroad in Kenya, where she is learning about animal conservation practices and human-animal conflict. She also participates in yearly medical mission trips around the world during winter break. As an intern with We Got Us, Tianna focuses on developing Empowerment Sessions aimed at educating the local community on pressing issues related to equitable healthcare. She is currently working on an Empowerment Session that addresses racial disparities in surgical outcomes. A fun fact about Tianna is that she is an identical twin and one of six children.
